Our Return & Exchange Policy: Thoughtful, Simple & Kind

1. Returns for Plain Products Only

We gladly accept returns, but only for plain and unaltered products. If an item has been customized or personalized just for you, it’s all yours to treasure forever! We hope you understand this little policy of ours.

2. Please Return Within 7 Days

If you’d like to return an item, it must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it. This ensures we can handle the process promptly and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

3. Kindly Return in Good Condition

We kindly ask that returned items are:

  • Unused, clean, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

  • In the same beautiful condition as when they arrived.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

4. All Returns Come Back to Our Shop

Whether you bring it in yourself or ship it back, all returns need to be sent to our shop. Please note that the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trusted shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

5. A Gentle Reminder: Check the Size Chart

To avoid any sizing mishaps, we kindly encourage you to double-check the size chart provided under each product before placing your order. This small step can save time, effort, and ensure you’re happy with your purchase from the start!
