    Absolutely! If online payment isn’t an option, we can arrange for a driver to collect cash from you. There’s just an additional charge of 18 AED for this service.

  • What couriers do you use for deliveries?
    We partner with IQ Fulfillment and J&T Express to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times depend on the product you’re ordering. To make it super easy, every product on our website has a delivery info box—just check it out when placing your order.

  • Are the sizes suitable for both males and females?

  • Can the clothes be tailored to my exact size?
    Yes, we offer tailoring options to make sure your outfit fits just the way you like it. Because you deserve perfection!

    Absolutely! While we don’t offer wrapping services, we can place your gift in a beautifully customized gift box. You can even let us know what message or text you’d like on the box to make it extra personal and special.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
